The Medical Council of India recognizes only the courses offered by those Medical institutions which are listed by the WHO (World Health Organization) in the World directory of medical schools. Note should also be made that many Indian private medical colleges are still not recognized by the MCl. Indian students seeking admission in medical courses in all country through R.R. overseas will be admitted only in those Universities whose degrees are recognized by WHO and the Medical Council of India.
